At Valentina Voss, we ship to customers across the United States, and we want our shipping terms to be clear and easy to understand. We offer free shipping on all orders within the United States.
Shipping Zones
This shipping policy applies to orders shipped within the United States.
Delivery Times
Below are the estimated delivery times for all orders:
- Order cutoff time: 5:00 PM (ET). Orders placed after the cutoff time are processed the next business day, which adds one day to the estimated delivery time.
- Order processing time: 1 to 2 business days (Monday through Friday). Once your order has been processed, it will be shipped with one of our trusted carriers.
- Transit time: 6 to 8 business days (Monday through Friday).
- Estimated total delivery time: 7 to 10 business days.
During high-volume periods or promotions, processing times may be slightly extended. If this occurs, customers will be notified by email.

Shipping Costs
Free shipping: All orders within the United States qualify for free shipping, with no minimum purchase required.
