Return Costs

Returns due to defective products or shipping errors:

  • You don't pay anything. Valentina Voss covers the return shipping cost in these cases.

Returns based on your own decision (change of mind, size, color or personal preference):

  • No restocking fee is charged on returns.
  • We refund the full price of the product. Original shipping charges are non-refundable; since shipping on your order was free, this amount is $0.00.

How to Return an Item

  1. Contact us: Email our team at support@valentina-voss.com with your order number and the reason for your return.
  2. Pack your item: Place the item back in its original packaging and make sure it is secure. Include all accessories, tags and documents.
  3. Ship the package: Drop off your package at your nearest shipping location, following the instructions in your return authorization email.

Refund Process

  • Inspection: Once we receive your item, we'll inspect it to make sure it meets our return criteria.
  • Refund: After inspection, we'll process your refund. It usually takes up to 7 business days to appear on your original payment method, depending on your bank or payment provider.

Non-Returnable Items
